A Wainscoting Well Done...

Recently, we did a wainscoting job in Kuala Lumpur.
And it's a first too, installing a wainscoting in a condominium.
It was a brand new challenge but we are ready.

The installation was pretty smooth as it was pretty much straight forward.
In this wainscoting project, the customer want to remain the tile skirting so we didn't have to hack down the current skirting and no new baseboard was installed.

At first, when we try to install the mdf board that act as the wainscoting base, we had trouble to nail the board onto the wall as the wall was quite solid. As a solution to make sure the mdf stays put, we glued the back of the mdf using construction adhesive and drill down a few holes to screw it down. PERFECT

We often face these kind of challenges a few times and each hurdle will always their own solutions.
