1.2 DO YOU HAVE ANY PRODUCT IN STOCK?
No. We only do customize rug or carpet for residential and commercial use.
1.3 CAN I HAVE A LOOK AT THE PRODUCT SAMPLE?
Yes. Feel free to visit our showroom.
2.0 ORDER RELATED
2.1 HOW TO ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE?
The general steps are as follows:-
- Browse our website www.cantikwall.com.
- Click on any product you are interested in.
- Select product attribute such as size (if any). Then select number of quantity you want to purchase.
- Click ADD TO CART button.
- If you want to continue shopping just follow step 2 until 4 for subsequent products.
- Once you have finished put all the items you want to purchase in CART, click the CART icon at the top right of the website.
- At the CART window, screen through the products that you have added to the CART. Edit if you want to make changes.
- After complete previous step, click the CHECKOUT button.
- Now you are in CHECKOUT page. If you are first time user just register for your customer account by using either the FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM account by clicking the said social network icon on the CHECKOUT page.
- Add you delivery address and contact details. (Please ensure you fill in the form with accurate details to avoid problem during delivery).
- Once completed, select the shipping method.
- Next, click on the policy radio button to make payment.
- Once the policy radio button is tick, the payment options will appear.
- Select your preferred payment method either PAYPAL or SENANGPAY. If you want to pay using credit card, you can use both methods. If you want to pay via your own online banking such as maybank2u or cimbclick, choose SENANGPAY>FPX.
- Follow the instruction provided by PAYPAL or SENANGPAY to complete your payment.
- Once done, you will received ORDER notification with an ORDER number. Purchase INVOICE has also emailed to your registered email address.
2.2 HOW TO ORDER MANUALLY?
Whatsapp us at 018-4667033. We will guide you from there.
2.3 WHY I UNABLE TO USE THE FIRST TIME PURCHASE VOUCHER?
Key in the provided VOUCHER CODE "CANTIKWALL" at the CHECKOUT page. Kindly inform us should you unable to you use the voucher. We normally will notify our customer should we notice they did not use the said voucher.
2.4 IS THERE ANY MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
No, We don't have any minimum order requirement.
2.5 CAN I ORDER NOW BUT I WANT IT TO BE DELIVERED AFTER MY HOUSE RENOVATION COMPLETED?
You can placed your order anytime. Just inform our customer service at [email protected] to delay the delivery to your address with date TBA. Note that we can delay the delivery but we not able to speed up the delivery.
2.6 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase AND your order status (as sent to your email) is still on PAYMENT ACCEPTED. If the order already PROCESSED we may not able to entertain any cancellation request.

Customer has the option to make payment via whatsapp using SENANGPAY link provided by cantikwall. The steps are as follows:-
- You can pay using credit card of online banking.
- cantikwall.com online payment is powered by PAYPAL and SENANGPAY.
- For credit card payment, customer can use both PAYPAL and SENANGPAY. Just 2-3 clicks to make payment.
- For online banking such as cimbclick, maybank2u, etc., customer can choose SENANGPAY and use FPX payment method. All this is available in the CHECKOUT page.

Alternative Method
Customer has the option to make payment via whatsapp using SENANGPAY link provided by cantikwall. The steps are as follows:-
- Send us the photo of our product that you want. This you can either save it from our social media fanpage such as Facebook and Instagram or you can download product catalogue from www.cantikwall.com.
- Send the said photo to CW Lin @018-4667033. Indicate the size (standard or custom size) that you want.
- We will provide the price.
- Once agreed to purchase , we will provide you a payment link using SENANGPAY.
- From the SENANGPAY link provided, you may proceed with the payment. Fill in the required information in the said link. The steps are very easy and secured.
3.2 CAN I PAY DEPOSIT ONLY AND NOT FULL PAYMENT?
We only accept full payment for each order.
3.3 CAN I USE CREDIT CARD TO MAKE PAYMENT?
Yes. You may make the payment using VISA or MASTERCARD via PAYPAL or SENANGPAY. Please refer to FAQ 3.1.
3.4 DOES I GET ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR USING CREDIT CARD TO MAKE PAYMENT?
No you don't. The payment you make is entirely the amount of your purchase. No additional charges will be applied if you pay using credit card. Although both PAYPAL and SENANGPAY do charged cantikwall some percentage on any credit card payment accepted by us.
4.0 SHIPPING RELATED
4.1 WHAT COURIER DID YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?
Cantikwall use third party agent to handle all of our shipping particularly for any product from China. For local delivery within Kuala Lumpur, the said agent will use their own in house transportation to deliver the parcel to our customer address. However, for any address outside KL, our agent will use POS Laju services to deliver the parcel.
4.2 DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING?
Yes, The shipping price is published at the checkout page during your purchase. For manual order, the shipping cost will be included as lump sum.
4.3 WHAT TYPE OF SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
At the moment we only use STANDARD shipping which is sea freight for any order from India. For local logistic we normally used POS LAJU.
5.0 DELIVERY RELATED
5.1 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO DELIVER MY PURCHASE ITEM(S)?
Delivery time will be as follows:

- Product from China: 6 to 8 weeks
- Product from India: 25 to 35 days
- Limited edition: 15 to 25 days

5.2 WHAT TO DO IF MY PARCEL HAVE NOT ARRIVED AFTER ETA?
This will be REMOTE case. However, there may be some circumstances where the parcel may be slightly late from ETA given. Public holiday in both China and Malaysia, custom clearance, congestion of parcels due to high volume of parcels, etc. may contribute to this. However, cantikwall will at its best ensure the product to be delivered within the said time frame.
Should the product failed to be delivered on the 8th week (56 days) from your payment, Cantikwall will refund the customer in FULL while at the same time work with our shipping agent to expedite the delivery. Should by the 10th week, the parcel not arrived at your address, cantikwall will declare the product is LOST during transit (If any). Should cantikwall able to deliver the said product before the 10th week, customer shall remake the payment of the product with the same amount REFUNDED earlier.

5.3 CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
You may change your delivery address within 24 hours from your purchase. Kindly inform change of your address via email at [email protected] or by texting us at 018-4667033.
5.4 CAN I SELF PICKUP FROM YOUR STORE?
Yes. Please notify us upon order if you want to self pickup.
6.0 RETURN AND REFUND RELATED
6.1 WHAT TO DO IF I RECEIVED WRONG ITEM?
Immediately inform cantikwall at 0184667033. We will arrange for pick-up of the wrong item (if within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor). For outside the said area, cantikwall will provide the solutions based on case to case basis (if any).
6.2 CAN I RETURN AND EXCHANGE THE PURCHASED ITEM?
