- Professional fee starts from RM9,500 per project depending on project requirements.
-The fee is for designing and permit application ...from PBT.
- Area covered: KL, Selangor, Seremban.
- Deliverables include architectural drawings with endorsement by a professional architect for permit application purposes.
- Engineering drawings requirements will be quoted if needed for permit application purposes (normally for main structural changes or extending more than 1 floor)
- Interior design is EXCLUDED and can be ADD ON based on client requirements.​

- Our costing is based on items captured in the detailed design provided.
- We do not calculate our cost on a lumpsum ...basis based on floor area only.
- BUT for GENERAL budgetary and estimation purpose, the cost may be calculated started from RM280/sqft (based on floor area). However, this is only for estimation with around 60-70% accuracy. FINAL price is subject to design, site location, and site conditions.
- Above estimated cost is based on our average build cost that only involved high end structural, piping, wiring, slab and roofing work.
